Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting or reconciliation experience.
• Strong accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Audit revenue and invoice documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile client records, revenue reports, and accounting statements.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, SSAE 16, tax regulations, US GAAP, and local GAAP.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain missing or corrected documentation.
• Prepare and analyze accounting reports and reconciliation statements.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate audit findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Support accounting policy documentation and process improvements.
• Provide guidance to junior accounting staff when required.
