Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in reconciliations and compliance reviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Audit revenue documentation and reconcile client records for compliance.
• Collaborate with internal partners to obtain/update missing documentation.
• Prepare or analyze accounting reports to reconcile revenue for client records.
• Assist in policy development and offshore/onshore team transitions; drive process improvements.
• Review and guide junior accountants and offshore staff.
• Provide training to colleagues and client teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
