Responsibilities

• Review contracts for each project and set up new projects as sold.
• Interpret contract language to ensure criteria (e.g., written acceptance) are met.
• Collaborate with Partners monthly to recognize/adjust revenue appropriately.
• Ensure client invoices are issued in line with contracts or Partner instructions.
• Coordinate with external clients on payments and provide backup documents as needed.
• Obtain signed contracts or evidence to confirm client agreement.
• Manage monthly forecast and flag potential revenue risks to leadership.
• Run monthly reports for case managers and understand their implications.
• Assist Accounting Manager with time-sheets, expense analysis, and audits.
