Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. in Chicago is seeking a Revenue Cloud Solution Specialist to partner with the sales team in tailoring Revenue Cloud solutions for Manufacturing and related industries.

You will develop tailored demos and translate client needs into compelling Revenue Cloud outcomes on the #1 AI CRM. The role requires deep knowledge of Revenue Cloud (CPQ, contract lifecycle management, order management, and billing), strong presentation and client-facing skills, and experience with APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role, preferably with a focus on Salesforce or related CRM platforms.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ, contract lifecycle management, order management, and billing.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong client-facing skills and a passion for client success.
• Experience working with APIs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to translate client requirements into Revenue Cloud solutions for Manufacturing (primary focus) and other industries.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify pain points and improvement opportunities for Manufacturing-specific challenges.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations showcasing Revenue Cloud capabilities, including CPQ, pricing, and orders.
• Create solutions highlighting automation of revenue operations and guided quoting with Agentforce.
• Address technical questions throughout the sales process and demonstrate Revenue Cloud expertise.
• Stay up-to-date on Revenue Cloud features and industry trends across multiple sectors.
• Participate in industry events and webinars.
