Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Revenue Cloud Solution Specialist to join the PACE organization in New York. You will design and present tailored Revenue Cloud solutions, conduct product demos, and work with services and partners to ensure customer success. A strong technical background in Revenue Cloud and APIs is preferred.

You will collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, demonstrate value, and help close deals faster with guided quoting and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role, preferably with Salesforce.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud including CPQ, CLM, OMS, and billing.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with APIs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to understand client business requirements and translate them into Revenue Cloud solutions.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify pain points and opportunities, focusing on Manufacturing.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations showcasing Revenue Cloud capabilities and CPQ workflows.
• Create and present solutions highlighting automated revenue operations and guided quoting with Agentforce.
• Answer technical questions and address client concerns throughout the sales process.
• Stay up-to-date on Revenue Cloud features, trends, and best practices across industries.
