Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Revenue Cloud Solution Specialist for the PACE organization in Chicago. You will design tailored Revenue Cloud solutions, present product demonstrations, and collaborate with services and partner teams to drive customer success.

You’ll translate business needs into technical Revenue Cloud configurations, manage complex pricing, and address client questions throughout the sales cycle. This role emphasizes collaboration and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role, preferably with Salesforce or related CRM platforms.
Good understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ, contract lifecycle management, order management, and billing.
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with the sales team to understand client requirements within Manufacturing and other industries.
Conduct discovery sessions to identify pain points and opportunities.
Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations of Revenue Cloud.
Create and present solutions highlighting automated revenue operations and guided quoting.
Answer technical questions and address client concerns during the sales process.
Stay up-to-date on Revenue Cloud features and industry trends.
Participate in industry and product events and webinars.
