Botrista, Inc. seeks a Revenue Operations Analyst to translate data into actionable insights across Revenue Operations, Commercial Planning, and Finance. You will analyze revenue drivers, build cross-functional analyses, and influence strategic decisions to optimize growth and profitability.

The role requires strong Excel/Sheets skills, Salesforce CRM experience, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, Finance, Strategy, or related role.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with Salesforce data and CRM reporting strongly preferred.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools preferred.
• Experience building financial, operational, forecasting, or scenario models.
• Strong understanding of business metrics and ability to connect operational activity to financial outcomes.
• Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the larger business question.

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities before topline results.
• Build and maintain core revenue/operational reporting.
