Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Revenue Analytics professional to drive analyses, reporting, and data solutions for Revenue segments. You will craft narratives for stakeholders and build tools to scale data usage across the organization.

The role emphasizes defining KPIs, partnering with cross-functional teams, and delivering insights to optimize GTM efforts and merchant value. Remote-first with flexible in-person options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an analytically-driven role (consulting, finance, analytics, etc.).
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (e.g. Sigma, Looker, Tableau). Understanding or a demonstrated aptitude to learn Python is a plus
• Demonstrated aptitude in leveraging AI tools for analytics (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, including ability to operate in ambiguity and establishing analytical frameworks to apply to business problems

Responsibilities

• Be a strategic partner with Client Success and Marketplace Teams as the data SME for Revenue segments and merchants for their point-of-sale and Marketplace business.
• Create business cases, insights, and dashboards and run experiments to engage merchants and demonstrate value.
• Define KPIs, performance benchmarks, and methodologies across data sources to enable solutions.
• Provide project and analytics guidance to a cross-functional team and act as the analytics point of contact.
• Propose, monitor, and contextualize experiment design and execution to drive GTM optimizations and quantify value to merchants.
