Affirm is seeking a data-driven Revenue Analytics professional to turn complex data into actionable insights across merchant sectors. You’ll partner with Client Success and Marketplace teams, build dashboards, run experiments, and develop business cases to optimize GTM and revenue performance.

You’ll define KPIs, work with unstructured and structured data, and guide cross-functional teams to scale analytics across the Revenue organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytically-driven roles (consulting, finance, analytics, etc.).
• Strong SQL and data-visualization experience (Looker, Tableau, Sigma).
• Ability to craft narratives for stakeholders and drive data-driven decisions.
• Experience with AI analytics tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Act as data SME for Revenue segments and merchants at POS and Marketplace.
• Create business cases, insights, dashboards, and run experiments.
• Develop internal analyses to assess Revenue performance and drive recommendations.
