Lifted Logic seeks a Rev Ops Specialist to lead CRM adoption, coordinate workflows, and drive measurable growth for clients. You will own the client relationship from kickoff through a multi‑month engagement, coordinating specialists as needed to maximize ROI.

Hybrid role in Overland Park, KS with a focus on adoption, data accuracy, and proactive check-ins to secure contract renewals and client success.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and business operations.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to renew client relationships.
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Rev Ops program clients from kickoff through renewal.
• Lead CRM adoption trainings and coach client teams to use the system.
• Produce monthly or quarterly CRM Audit Reports as accountability tools.
• Build and run client workflows and ensure data powering reports is complete.
• Provide Rev Ops coaching across marketing, sales, and operations to drive ROI.
