Job summary

Branded Bills in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Returns and Receiving Coordinator to manage all returned merchandise, ensure accurate documentation, and support inventory control. This on-site role requires attention to detail, organization, and ability to handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will process returns, verify item condition, restock eligible items, and coordinate with Quality/Production and Customer Service teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse, inventory, or returns processing experience (apparel/headwear preferred).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, order management systems).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Process returns: log, inspect, and document against RAs.
• Verify item condition and determine disposition.
• Restock inventory and coordinate with Inventory Control.
• Support Customer Service with return discrepancies and patterns.
• Maintain records for audits and reporting and ensure timelines.
