Job summary

Frank Kent Family of Brands in Glendale, AZ is hiring a Returns Associate- PHX to manage daily checks of claims and dealer returns and to coordinate restocking with the warehouse. This on-site role supports Ford and GM credits, tracks damaged claims, and processes reimbursements with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will work in a hands-on environment, follow SOPs, and contribute to an organized, safe workstation. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Daily upkeep of claims and dealer returns.
• Corresponding with warehouse for restocking and handling credits back to Ford and GM dealerships.
• Tracking damaged claims from inbound Ford and GM shipments.
• Processing reimbursements from Ford and GM vendors.
• Ford and GM claims processing.
• Set up RMAs.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
