Job summary

AvaHR in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Returns and Receiving Coordinator to process returned merchandise, verify conditions, and document dispositions in the WMS. You will help maintain accurate inventory and support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site role is full-time, non-exempt, with benefits including PTO, health insurance, 401k, and employee discounts. Applicants should have 1–2 years in returns or warehouse work and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in warehouse, inventory, or returns processing.
• Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Basic computer skills including Excel.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Return Processing: receive, log, inspect returns and verify against RAs.
• Inventory & Restocking: relabel and restock; coordinate stock updates.
• Customer Service Support: report discrepancies and assist resolution.
• Quality & Compliance: follow guidelines and document timelines.
• Workplace Standards: maintain tidy, safe returns area and assist with audits.
