Job summary

Avnet is seeking a senior operations leader in Tempe to supervise and optimize cross-functional teams responsible for returns, RMA credits, warranty repairs, and related processes. You will coach staff, establish documentation, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement across Operations, Finance, Logistics, Sales, and Product.

You will own end-to-end delivery, ensure SOX/SOC readiness, and align service levels with business goals while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Typically 6+ years of experience including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong service management mindset with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and prioritize daily team activities across multiple operations.
• Develop team members through coaching and career development planning.
• Ensure service levels, operational metrics, and compliance requirements are met.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Logistics, Sales, and Product.
