Responsibilities include logging and inspecting returns against RAs, restocking eligible items, coordinating with Inventory Control, isolating damaged items, and reporting to Quality/Production.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse, inventory, or returns processing experience (apparel/headwear preferred).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, order management systems).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Return Processing: Receive, log, and inspect returned merchandise; verify condition; determine disposition; document in WMS.
• Inventory & Restocking: Re-label and restock items; coordinate stock level updates; isolate damaged products.
• Customer Service Support: Provide feedback on return discrepancies; communicate missing or incomplete documentation.
• Quality & Compliance: Follow guidelines for eligibility and timelines; maintain records for reporting/auditing.
• Workplace Standards: Keep area clean/stocked; follow safety protocols; assist with cycle counts and audits.
