Job summary

ISCAR METALS, INC. seeks a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Credits & Returns team at the Arlington, TX office. You will process return and credit requests, provide product information, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.

You will handle RGAs, trunk stock adjustments, short-shipment and defective product claims, and maintain accurate RGA records. Strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-first approach are essential to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Accurate and efficient keyboarding skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast to medium-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good reasoning and analytical skills.
• Patience and courtesy in customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Process Return and Credit Requests.
• Process RGAs, trunk stock adjustments (includes bill-only), short-shipment claims.
• Order entry error claims/replacement orders, defective product claims.
• Communicate OE errors to Customer Service and Logistics Managers.
• Assist in resolving short payment issues.
• Record and file all related correspondence/info in RGA documentation folder.
• Answer incoming phone and e-mail information requests.
• Check item number, price, availability, order status and provide shipment information.
• Expedite back orders.
• Enter occasional phone order from direct account.
• Review UPS address adjustment changes and correct our system or communicate with distributors.
