• Create and invoice customer credits accurately and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and help prevent inventory discrepancies.
• Use RF scanning, barcode labeling equipment, and receiving documents.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and Returns Administrator to process returns promptly.
• Support receiving, shipping, and yard departments as needed.
