Job summary

ISCAR USA in Arlington, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Credits & Returns team at our corporate office. You will process return and credit requests and provide product and service information by phone, fax, or email in line with SOPs.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication, and collaboration with Customer Service and Logistics to resolve issues and keep customers satisfied.

Job DetailsJob Location: Arlington, TX 76018ISCAR METALS, INC., a dynamic and innovative cutting tool company, has an opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our Credits & Returns team at our corporate office in Arlington, TX.

POSITION SUMMARY

Provide customer service by processing return and credit requests and providing product and service/information requested by phone/fax/e-mail. Act in accordance with company standard operating procedures, policies, and guidelines Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Process Return and Credit Requests

• Process customer RGAs, trunk stock adjustments (includes bill-only), short-shipment claims
• Order entry error claims/replacement orders, defective product claims
• Communicate OE errors to Customer Service and Logistics Managers
• Assist in resolving short payment issues
• Obtain and record appropriate approvals
• Record and file all related correspondence/info in RGA documentation folder

Answer incoming phone and e-mail information requests

• Check item number, price, availability, order status and provide shipment information
• Expedite back orders
• Enter occasional phone order from direct account
• May be responsible for reviewing UPS address adjustment changes and correcting our system or corresponding w/distributor to amend their system (find root cause and correct)
• Perform other duties as assigned
