Job summary

Frank Kent Enterprises LTD is seeking a returns associate for on-site work in Receiving. The role involves daily upkeep of claims and dealer returns, coordinating with the warehouse for restocking, and processing credits to Ford and GM dealerships.

You will track damaged claims, process reimbursements, and set up RMAs, while adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Daily upkeep of claims and dealer returns.
• Corresponding with warehouse for restocking and handling credits back to Ford and GM dealerships
• Tracking damaged claims from inbound Ford and GM shipments
• Processing reimbursements from Ford and GM vendors
• Ford and GM claims processing
• Set up RMA’s
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
• Keep work areas clean and organized
