Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking a Returns Authorization Claims Coordinator in Huntsville, AL to support accurate processing of dealer return requests, manage return data, and coordinate with dealers and warehouse teams to ensure compliance.

This role requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to handle multiple cases and communicate clearly with dealers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to interact with dealers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Organize approved return requests in Excel and enter necessary information into company systems.
• Review dealer product inspection results and update records accordingly.
• Respond to dealer inquiries within one business day and follow up when needed.
• Process return approvals by reviewing documentation and system information per procedures.
• Verify products received at the return warehouse against records (quantities, models, serial numbers).
• Identify and investigate discrepancies between dealer records, warehouse receipts, and systems; coordinate resolutions.
• Review dealer chargebacks and validate against records for accuracy and legitimacy.
• Maintain accurate return records, documentation, and communication history.
• Coordinate with dealers, warehouse staff, and internal teams to ensure timely processing.
• Take ownership of cases, follow up, and meet deadlines.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations on dealer returns and operations as requested.
