Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to work with dealers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Organize approved return requests and enter required information into company systems.
• Review dealer product inspection results and update records accordingly.
• Respond to dealer inquiries with timely, professional communications.
• Process return approvals following established procedures and authorization levels.
• Verify products received at the return warehouse against records and system data.
• Investigate discrepancies between dealer records, warehouse receipts, and system information.
• Review dealer chargebacks related to return credits and verify documentation.
• Maintain accurate return records and communication history.
• Coordinate with dealers, warehouse staff, and internal teams to process returns timely.
• Take ownership of cases and complete responsibilities within deadlines.
• Prepare reports and presentations related to dealer returns and operations.
