Job summary

Frank Kent Family of Brands in Glendale, AZ is hiring a Returns Associate for our new Glendale Distribution Center. This onsite role supports daily checks in, claims upkeep, dealer returns, and credits processing with Ford and GM.

You will work closely with Receiving and warehouse teams to keep claims accurate and expeditions on track. The position is full-time, day shift, on-site, with potential weekends/overtime and a non-exempt classification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Daily upkeep of claims and dealer returns
• Corresponding with warehouse for restocking and handling credits back to Ford and GM dealerships
• Tracking damaged claims from inbound Ford and GM shipments
• Processing reimbursements from Ford and GM vendors
• Ford and GM claims processing
• Set up RMA’s
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
• Keep work areas clean and organized

About the role

The returns associate is responsible for daily checking in, upkeep of claims and dealer returns. Corresponding with receiving supervisor for restocking and processing credits to Ford and GM accordingly.
