Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Retirement Specialist to drive retirement plan education and sales for plan participants within an assigned territory. You will develop, manage and retain relationships with participants, provide regular retirement education and planning interactions, and identify prospects for new small cases.

Formación

• Education: Undergraduate studies in related field, insurance, business, marketing, preferred.
• License/Certification/Designation: FINRA Series 6 license, and life and health licenses required; series 63 and 65 may be necessary.
• Experience: Three years of related experience in financial, sales or educational services functions.
• Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Expertise in public sector business, knowledge of 457 plans and financial products; strong communication and sales skills.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules and conducts seminars for potential and existing participants within an assigned territory.
• Supports Program Director in territory planning, execution strategies and team development.
• Counsels participants on defined contribution plans to drive sales growth.
• Builds relationships with key contacts, especially at department head level, to expand services.
• Trains on new presentations, product information and policy changes; leads a team of Retirement Specialists.
• Leads special projects related to marketing, customer service, enrollment and administration.
• Collaborates with home office teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
