Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Senior Retirement Specialist to drive sales, educate plan participants and manage relationships across an assigned territory. Travel within the territory is required and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Knowledge of defined contribution retirement savings plans and financial counseling.

Responsibilities

Schedules and conducts one-on-one and group seminars within an assigned territory.
Supports the Program Director in territory planning and development activities.
Provides counseling on defined contribution plans to drive sales growth.
Develops relationships with key contacts to expand plan offerings.
Leads a team of Retirement Specialists and coordinates inquiries and issue resolution.
Leads projects related to marketing, customer service, or enrollment.
