Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Senior Retirement Specialist to drive sales, provide education, and deliver service for plan participants. You will manage relationships with participants, conduct retirement education, and identify prospects for new small cases.

This role requires FINRA licensing, strong communication, and strategic collaboration with program leaders. The position involves travel within an assigned territory, occasional work-from-home, and leadership of a team of Retirement Specialists

Responsibilities

• Schedules and conducts seminars for participants within an assigned territory.
• Supports Program Director in territory planning and team development.
• Counsels participants on features and benefits of defined contribution retirement plans to drive sales.
• Develops relationships with key contacts to expand plan products and services.
• Leads a group of Retirement Specialists and acts as a point of contact for inquiries.
