Nationwide Financial is seeking a Senior Retirement Specialist to drive sales, provide education, and deliver service for plan participants within a defined territory. You will develop and retain relationships with participants and lead retirement education interactions, identifying prospects and acquiring new small cases.

Education includes undergraduate studies in related fields, with FINRA licenses and state life/health credentials.

Formación

• Education: Undergraduate studies in related field, insurance, business, marketing.
• License/Certification/Designation: FINRA Series 6 license, and life and health licenses; Series 63/65 may be necessary; Series 7 & 66 may be referenced.
• Experience: Three years of related experience in financial, sales or educational services functions.
• Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Knowledge of public sector business and 457 plans; ability to communicate product information and manage a territory.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules and conducts one-on-one and group seminars for potential and existing participants within an assigned territory.
• Supports the Program Director in territory planning, execution strategies and team building.
• Provides counseling and guidance on defined contribution retirement savings plans to drive sales growth.
• Develops relationships with key contacts at department head level to expand products and services within the plan.
• Leads a team of Retirement Specialists and supports training on new presentations and policy changes.
• Leads special projects related to marketing, customer service, enrollment and administrative processes.
