Job summary

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Retirement Specialist to drive sales, provide education and deliver service for plan participants. You will develop, manage and retain relationships with participants and engage in regular retirement education and planning interactions.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and conducts one-on-one and group seminars for potential and existing participants within an assigned territory.
• Assists/supports the Program Director in territory planning, execution strategies and team building/development activities.
• Provides counseling and guidance on defined contribution retirement savings plans to drive sales growth.
• Develops relationships with key entity contacts at department head level to expand products and services within the plan.
• Leads special projects related to marketing, customer service, enrollment and other admin processes of the deferred compensation program.
• Works with home office teams to resolve customer issues or implement improvements.
