Nationwide is seeking a Senior Retirement Specialist to lead engagement with retirement plans for high-profile organizations. You will conduct seminars, counsel participants and expand plan relationships through strategic territory management.

Travel within assigned territory is required; leadership and sales skills are essential to drive enrollment and service excellence while maintaining Nationwide values across client interactions.

Formación

• Education: Undergraduate studies in related field, insurance, business, marketing preferred.
• Licenses: FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 or Series 7 & Series 66; Life & Health license required.
• Experience: Three years in financial, sales or educational services functions.
• Knowledge: 457 plans and retirement products; ability to expand plan relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules and conducts seminars for participants within an assigned territory.
• Support Program Director in territory planning and team development.
• Counsel participants on defined contribution plans to drive sales growth.
• Develop relationships with department heads to expand products and services.
• Lead Retirement Specialists and assist with training on new presentations.
• Lead projects related to marketing, enrollment and admin processes.
