Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company seeks a Senior Retirement Specialist to lead seminars, build strong client relationships, and guide retirement plan decisions. You will coach teams, drive sales growth, and collaborate with program leadership across territories.

The role requires FINRA/Life & Health licenses, 3+ years in financial/sales/educational services, and travel within the territory. Nationwide offers a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work culture.

Qualificações

• Education: Undergraduate studies in related field, insurance, business, marketing, preferred.
• License/Certification/Designation: FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 or Series 7 & Series 66 Life & Health license required.
• Experience: Three years of related experience in financial, sales or educational services functions.
• Knowledge: Public sector familiarity; 457 plans and related financial products.
• Ability: Navigate political/economic landscapes to achieve business results.
• Communication: Strong sales, communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules and conducts one‑on‑one and group seminars for potential and existing participants within an assigned territory.
• Assists/supports the Program Director in territory planning, execution strategies and team building/development activities.
• Provides counseling on defined contribution retirement savings plans to drive sales growth.
• Develops relationships with key contacts to expand plan products and services.
• Leads a team of Retirement Specialists and assists with training and policy updates.
• Leads special projects related to marketing, customer service, enrollment and administrative processes.
