Job summary

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Representative to support 457 Retirement accounts, handling inquiries, rollovers, distributions, and loan processing. You will educate participants on products, services, and online tools in a role that blends remote and hybrid work.

The position requires licensing timelines and training support for SIE and Series 6, with on-site requirements near Columbus, OH and remote options elsewhere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics or communications preferred.
• FINRA Series 6 and/or 63 licenses preferred; SIE licenses may be required during training.
• ChFC, CLU or other industry designations desirable.
• One year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receives and responds to calls from investment professionals, sponsors and members.
• Interprets changes and enhancements to products, educating customers accordingly.
• Maintains a record of conversations and documents interactions.
• Follows FINRA rules and local laws to ensure compliance.
• Supports career development through regular leadership meetings.
