Initial training lasts 5–6 weeks, followed by a hybrid work schedule with two in-office days weekly at specified locations.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of various insurance products and the sales process.
• Ability to interpret plan/contract and use technology to enhance conversations.

Responsibilities

• Responds to incoming calls from customers, investment professionals and plan sponsors.
• Explains product suites and servicing requirements.
• Maintains accurate records of conversations and follows established procedures.
• Ensures compliance with FINRA and state regulations while assisting customers.
