Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications preferred.
• FINRA series 6 and/or 63 licenses preferred.
• One year of customer service or sales experience required.
• Solid communication and computer skills; ability to learn product details and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors and members on a range of topics.
• Interpret and apply changes to products and services, providing consultative support.
• Document conversations to support relationship building and service strategy.
• Ensure compliance with FINRA rules, regulations and company policies.
• Educate customers on tax implications, fees, surrender charges and retirement options.
• Identify problems and resolve issues with internal partners to achieve first-contact resolution.
• Participate in ongoing career development discussions and set goals with leadership.
