Job summary

Nationwide is a Fortune 100 company seeking a Representative to support 457 Retirement accounts, handling inquiries, rollovers, distributions and loan processing. You will educate participants on products and online tools while adhering to regulatory requirements.

The role offers remote/hybrid options with a hybrid requirement for onsite work within 35 miles of specific office locations. Training is a 7-week program with shift variability after training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree preferred in finance, business, administration, insurance, economics or communications.
• Willing to pursue FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 6/63) within 170 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to 457 Retirement accounts, assisting with inquiries, rollovers, distributions and loan processing.
• Educate participants on products, services, and online tools.
• Handle calls from plan sponsors, members and investment professionals; ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
