Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to participant inquiries with retirement education and guidance.
• Encourage deferrals and discuss contribution increases.
• Review accounts and advise on asset allocation and ProAccount options.
• Provide retirement projections and counseling on results.
• Educate participants on retirement distributions, transfers, and consolidations.
• Build strategic relationships with field Retirement Specialists and Program Directors.
• Consult with field teams on retirement plan expertise and practice management.
