ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Retirement Services to drive growth selling 401(k) solutions to new and existing clients. You’ll leverage training to build relationships, close deals, and help employees plan for retirement readiness while enjoying top earning potential and rewards.

You’ll work independently and with cross‑functional teams across your geography to win business, expand accounts, and meet sales goals in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside B2B sales experience including prospecting and territory management.
• Upbeat, persistent self-starter with ability to cold call, manage time, and present ideas clearly.
• Team player who can work independently and with ADP Sales Associates.
• Trusted advisor who builds relationships, lives integrity, and delivers on promises.
