The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of outside sales experience, a persistent approach to cold calling, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships. The compensation ranges from $51,000 to $112,200 per year, with comprehensive benefits starting from Day 1.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of 2+ years in outside B2B sales.
• Ability to manage time effectively and present ideas professionally.
• Experience with military service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell ADP's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions to new and existing clients.
• Work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales goals.
