Job summary

The NC Department of State Treasurer is seeking an DST-SRP Operations Analyst (NS) to support the Director of Supplemental Retirement Plans. You will liaison with Board of Trustees, Third Party Administrators, and service providers, manage meetings, handle procurement, budget, invoicing, and audits, and research new initiatives.

This role requires in-depth program knowledge, data analysis, and cross-system data integration, delivering accurate content and timelines for reports and communications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of retirement and employee benefits plans, investment products, and public and business administration principles and practices.
• Knowledge of accounting, auditing, and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Skill in analyzing information and utilizing computer applications to support business operations.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Investment operations including custodial accounts and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Financial Division to monitor administrative expenses and invoices.
• Contribute to annual financial reporting and coordinate with auditors.
• Support NC ABLE program and build relationships with partners and stakeholders.
