Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience interpreting guidelines, answering inquiries, and advising on processes.
• Proficiency in ORBIT, OnBase, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Pull retirement workflows and verify data in OnBase and ORBIT.
• Validate date of birth, tentative beneficiary, and employer data.
• Calculate tentative retirement benefits and notify employers of reporting gaps.
• Perform recalculations based on final salary totals.
