North Carolina Department of State Treasurer is seeking a Program Coordinator II (S) to support retirement processing. You will verify member eligibility, calculate tentative benefits, and draft correspondence regarding retirement options.

The role requires interpreting guidelines, handling inquiries, and using ORBIT/OnBase within a hybrid work setup. A bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Experience interpreting guidelines, answering inquiries, and advising on processes.
• Ability to compose emails/letters in ORBIT for pay/service information.
