Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with four years of related administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform service audits by reviewing member history and employer reports to determine months of creditable service.
• Research gaps in employment history and analyze service related to disability.
• Verify information with employers on dates, gaps, and length of service; respond to emails.
• Assist with Service Estimates and Service Purchases as needed.
