Ascensus seeks a patient, detail-oriented Retirement Services professional in Florida to support clients through multiple channels and interpret plan documents for plan administration. You will handle calculations, fund actions, and specialized reports for plan sponsors while assisting advisors and customers.

The role emphasizes 3–5 years in retirement services, solid MS Office and Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or combination of education and industry experience.
• 3-5 years of total experience in Retirement Services, with emphasis in the daily 401(k) environment, 403b or IRA areas.
• Strong MS Office Skills with an emphasis in Excel.

Responsabilités

• Provides support to clients through a number of channels including phone, letters and emails to resolve requests quickly.
• Interprets plan documents for client plan administration and provides calculations and reports.
• Distributes web demonstrations for financial advisors and plan sponsors and assists with plan sponsor collaborations.
