Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Benefits Supervisor - Retirement Plans to oversee delivery, compliance, audits, and governance of retirement programs across the Americas. You will coordinate with consultants, counsel, and internal teams to maintain plan procedures, drive improvements, and prepare leadership reports.

The role requires retirement-benefits experience, ERISA knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills. A hybrid work model is offered with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least five years of relevant retirement-benefits experience.
• GBA/CEBS certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERISA and retirement-plan rules; ability to coordinate with counsel and advisors.
• Experience with plan audits, filings, nondiscrimination testing, and data reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retirement program delivery and annual schedule.
• Coordinate compliance activities, audits, and disclosures with consultants and counsel.
• Lead vendor reviews and resolve participant issues within plan provisions.
• Support governance activities: committee materials, reporting, and meeting logistics.
• Analyze plan performance and opportunities; coordinate integration or acquisitions work.
• Partner with HR and communications on retirement education and resources.
