Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least five years of retirement-benefits experience.
• GBA/CEBS certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERISA, retirement-plan rules, and annual filings.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor oversight, data reconciliation, and controls.
• Strong analytical, project-planning, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Retirement program delivery and work oversight – maintain plans, milestones, responsibilities, and evidence requirements.
• Compliance, audit, and controls coordination – maintain retirement compliance calendar and coordinate audits.
• Vendor oversight and escalated participant service – lead operating reviews and resolve escalated issues.
• Committee and governance support – coordinate materials, reporting, and meeting logistics.
• Analysis, projects, and integration – analyze participation, service, and costs for improvements.
• Education and stakeholder partnership – collaborate on retirement education and cross-functional meetings.
