Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Benefits Supervisor - Retirement Plans to oversee retirement program delivery across the Americas and coordinate compliance, audits, and governance with internal teams, consultants, and counsel. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least five years of retirement-benefits experience.
• GBA/CEBS certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERISA and retirement-plan rules.
• Experience in vendor oversight and data reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and project-planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retirement program delivery and governance across the Americas with plan owners and vendors.
• Coordinate compliance activities, plan audits, filings, and disclosures in partnership with counsel and consultants.
• Lead vendor reviews, issue resolution, and data integrity handoffs with HR, payroll, and finance.
• Prepare committee materials, reporting, and determine action items with governance bodies.
• Analyze participation, costs, and operating information to identify improvements and drive integration.
• Partner on retirement education and plain-language resources to support financial wellbeing.
