Qualifications

• Experience with qualified retirement plans, IRAs, ESOPs and employee benefits.
• Knowledge of retirement plan regulatory developments and fiduciary considerations.
• Ability to train professionals and communicate complex topics clearly.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and consult on technical issues related to qualified retirement plans and employee benefits.
• Review guidance, memos, articles, and client communications on retirement plans.
• Monitor regulatory developments with Tax professionals and communicate implications to clients.
• Contribute to internal/external communications on retirement plan developments.
• Train professionals across the firm on retirement plan concepts and compliance.
• Support clients with plan design, compliance reviews, and transaction-related retirement matters.
• Collaborate with related groups on issues intersecting with retirement plans.
