Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Benefits Supervisor - Retirement Plans to oversee the delivery, compliance, and governance of retirement programs across the Americas. You will coordinate audits, manage vendor relationships, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams including Talent Operations, Payroll, and Finance.

The role requires five years of retirement-benefits experience, knowledge of ERISA, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of retirement-benefits experience with oversight of substantial programs.
Working knowledge of ERISA, retirement-plan rules, annual filings; ability to coordinate with counsel and advisors.
GBA/CEBS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Retirement program delivery and work oversight: maintain integrated work plans, define milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and evidence requirements.
Compliance, audit, and controls coordination: maintain retirement compliance calendar, coordinate audits and disclosures, track issues and remediation.
Vendor oversight and escalated participant service: lead reviews with recordkeepers, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
Committee and governance support: coordinate committee materials, reporting, and meeting logistics.
Analysis, projects, and integration: analyze participation, service, cost, and plan data to identify improvements.
Education and stakeholder partnership: collaborate with Communications, vendors, and HR on retirement education.
