Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Benefits Supervisor - Retirement Plans to oversee annual schedules, vendor commitments, and delivery of retirement programs across the Americas. You will coordinate compliance activities, audits, disclosures, and reporting with internal teams, recordkeepers, and counsel.

The role emphasizes governance support, issue resolution, and performance improvements while ensuring ERISA compliance and effective plan administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years of retirement-benefits experience and oversight of large programs or audits.
• Knowledge of ERISA, retirement-plan rules, filings, and nondiscrimination testing.
• Vendor oversight, data reconciliation, and issue coordination experience.
• Strong analytical, planning, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Retirement program delivery and work oversight across the Americas.
• Coordinate compliance, audits, disclosures, and reporting.
• Vendor oversight, service reviews, and issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Governance support, committee materials, and records management.
