RSM US LLP is seeking a Benefits Supervisor – Retirement Plans to lead delivery, compliance, and governance for retirement programs across the Americas. You will coordinate with internal teams, recordkeepers, consultants, and counsel to maintain plan procedures and generate reports for leadership decisions.

This role emphasizes vendor oversight, audits, and adherence to ERISA requirements, with opportunities to drive improvements and collaborate across functions in a hybrid workplace.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least five years of relevant retirement-benefits experience, including demonstrated oversight of a substantial program, audit cycle, or cross-functional implementation.
• GBA/CEBS certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERISA, retirement-plan rules, applicable legislative changes, annual filings, nondiscrimination testing, and plan audit processes; ability to coordinate jurisdiction-specific requirements with counsel and advisors.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor oversight, data reconciliation, operating controls, confidential participant information, and complex issue coordination.
• Strong analytical, project-planning, documentation, and communication skills; ability to guide others’ work without requiring prior formal people-management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Retirement program delivery and work oversight: manage plans, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and evidence.
• Compliance, audit, and controls coordination: maintain compliance calendar, filings, testing, audits, and documentation.
• Vendor oversight and escalated participant service: lead reviews with recordkeepers, investigate data issues, resolve escalations.
• Committee and governance support: prepare materials, report outcomes, coordinate meetings and records.
• Analysis, projects, and integration: analyze participation, costs, and implement recommendations with partners.
• Education and stakeholder partnership: collaborate on retirement education and communicate guidance to teams.
