Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Retirement Plan Services Internal Sales Consultant to support sales growth and service existing relationships within the Retirement Plan Services Team in Glenview, Illinois. You will partner with the sales team to respond to proposals, analyze client data, benchmark fees and investments, position our solutions against competitors, and prepare tailored presentations for prospects.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of retirement plan service experience,

Qualifications

• Robust oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to process and interpret multiple data points and present findings.
• Knowledge of retirement plan trends, regulations, and rules.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to respond to proposal requests from prospective clients and participate in discovery calls.
• Research and analyze information for prospective and current retirement plan clients and benchmark fees, services, and investments.
• Position our solutions effectively by understanding competitors and preparing tailored presentations.
