Busey Bank in Dallas, TX seeks an Internal Sales Consultant for Retirement Plan Services to support sales growth and service existing relationships. You will respond to proposals, analyze client plans, and position our solutions against competitors while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in retirement plan service (preferred), and strong communication and analytical skills. Knowledge of plan laws and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Robust oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret multiple data points.
• Knowledge of retirement plan trends, regulations, and rules.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to respond to proposal requests from prospects.
• Research retirement plan clients and benchmark fees, services and investments.
• Position solutions against competitors and support discovery calls.
• Tailor proposal presentations for the sales team.
• Respond to technical product and competitive questions.
• Prepare review materials for existing clients and coordinate with vendors.
• Support onboarding of new retirement plan business and compliance items.
• Stay current on industry trends and communicate them to clients.
